VoiceBridge is a company of Jobien and Sebastiaan Hekking. VoiceBridge can be found at the Chamber of Commerce under KvK-number 96050861.
If you are interested in training, support or using the Translation Avatars, we need your personal data for communication about the training, (partial) project management or meetings. VoiceBridge would like to make you an offer that is as personal as possible, process your registration properly, take care of invoicing, share logistical information and be able to pass on any changes, send training/workshop material and information, ask for reviews, send newsletters and invite you to meetings.
For this we process the following personal data:
- Name
- Address data
- Phone and/or email details
- Preferred language
- Company name
- Function
- Interests
- Payment details
- Requested services/products
- Depending on the address of the invoice, we also use name, address, telephone and/or email details of your employer
Your data is stored within the EU on a server which is located in a data center. VoiceBridge does not pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
VoiceBridge does not use cookies to track your activity on our website.
Every year in December, VoiceBridge carries out a major clean-up of the contact file and the personal data of former participants who no longer receive invitations and information for the alumni network and strategy network are removed from the VoiceBridge server. If you appreciate that, VoiceBridge will delete your data earlier than December, namely as soon as you request it.
